Location: Changi / East ( MRT accessible )

Responsibilities:

·       Provide first level IT support to users via helpdesk, phone, or onsite.

·       Manage and administer Microsoft 365 applications — including Teams, SharePoint

·       Create and maintain user accounts, groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email, connectivity, access permissions.

·       Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and network devices.

·       Monitor helpdesk tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.

·       Support IT infrastructure, backups, and software updates.

Requirements:

·       Diploma/Degree in IT

·       With strong experience in MS 365, 1ST Level helpdesk support

·       Experience in Microsoft 365
