3) ATM Escort Officer Job Scopes Duty Wise

1. Partnership with an FLM Technician to Complete Live Tickets Arranged Routine Duties.
2. Perform Arming & Disarming Premises for FLM/SLM (First Line or Second Line Technician) to Service ATM Machines / Vendors to Carry Out Maintenances / IMAC Activities.
3. Verify Physical ATM Machine ID, By Tallying with FLM/SLM Service Ticket Before Disarming Premises for FLM/SLM to Service ATM Machine.
4. Check & Ensure No Consumable (Receipt Roll & Passbook Ribbon) Are Safekept Inside the Alarm Cabinet.
5. Observe When FLM/SLM are Servicing ATM Machine & Ensure No Abnormality (Example: Theft & Mishandling) Happen/Occur During Servicing SOP.
6. To Witness When FLM/SLM Counting Jammed Cash or Coins.
7. Check & Verify TEbag Information Are Correct Include TEbag Is Proper Sealed & FLM Safekept the TEbag Inside the ATM machine.
8. Perform "Tug and Pull" at the Top & Bottom of Machine Fascia Door, Make Sure Fascia Door Are Properly Locked, Before Arming Back the Premises.
9. Avoid Public from Disturbing, When FLM/SLM are Servicing the ATM Machine.
10. Perform Final Check at the Vicinity & Ensure No Service Equipment or TEbag Include Used Items Are Left Behind, Before Leaving the Scheduled Site.
11. Do Not Lost & Take Good Care of Issued Items (Example: Pouch & Key) (Prioritize High Importance)

3) ATM Service Technician Job Scopes & Responsibility Wise

1. Clearing ATM Jammed. (Paper, Card, Passbook, Cash)

2. Replenishing Near Depleted Consumables. (Receipt Printer Paper, Printer Ribbons)

3. Basic Remedial Maintenance – A Preventive Measure, Consists of Servicing Obvious Items That Will Prevent a Repeat or Subsequent/Continuous FLM Call.

4. General Cleaning ATM, ATM+, BTM and CDM Exterior Outlooks (Display Screen, Fascia and Immediate Surrounding area) While Onsite, for the Provision of Other FLM Services.

5. Reporting Site Problems (Lighting, Facility or Environmental Conditions) to Company's Customer)

6. Initial Onsite Investigation of Network Related Incidents.

7. Provide SST Safe / Vault Access to NCR SLM, if Required.

8. Suspend Call for SLM When Required (Example: Issue Beyond FLM Capability such as Parts Replacement)

9. Report Vandalism Incidents to Relevant Parties, Based on Established Process.

10. Retrieval of Retained (Passbooks, Cards) When Onsite for a Remedial Call.

11. Ad-Hoc Special Attendance to Site to Collect Captured (Cards, Passbook).

12. Escalation/Inform Awareness of Vandalism to Company's Customer.

13. FLM is Required to Perform OT maximum 2 Hours when Required by Company.

14. Partnership with an ATM Escort Officer (AO) to Complete Live Tickets Arranged Routine Duties.

Working Pattern (FLM & SLM)

1. Work on Rotating Shift, When Needed
