HR Executive needed at Tampines

- Foreign Employees pass processing.
- Processing of KETs, work pass application, renewal and cancellation
- Verify attendance record; prepare fortnightly payroll calculation, payroll reconciliation (Time Management System / Paymaster)
- Process IR21, NS Claims & other claims in timely manner
- Maintain & update Employee Records
- Foreign Employees Travel Arrangement
- Monitor Pre-employment check-up for new employees and collection of medical reports
- CPF / Levy refund submission
- Co-ordinate with manpower agency on hiring
- Recruitment & Talent outreach
- Health & Wellness activities
- Add any other duties as assigned by the reporting supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Only Singaporean need to apply
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
