Client Relations Executive – VVIP / VIP Concierge (Medical)

Deliver Personalised, Concierge-Level Care for High-Profile Patients

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Executive to join our Premium Client Services Team.

You will act as the primary liaison for VVIP, VIP and CIP patients, ensuring a seamless and discreet healthcare experience throughout their journey.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for VVIP, VIP and CIP patients, providing end-to-end concierge-level service
  • Coordinate and facilitate appointments, admissions, procedures and follow-ups across clinical and non-clinical departments
  • Anticipate client needs and preferences to deliver exceptional, personalised care
  • Manage logistics and real-time communication, including transport arrangements and documentation
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Respond promptly to phone/email inquiries, including referrals from General Practitioners (GPs)
  • Assist clients in understanding treatment costs, preparing estimates, and coordinating billing, insurance and payment processes

Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in Hospitality / Healthcare / Business / Service-related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in client relations, patient services, hospitality, or front-facing concierge roles (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous, service-oriented and comfortable working with high-profile clients
