RESPONSIBILITES

To maintain/service existing customer account, coordinating daily orders/delivery & export shipment, oversee daily operation of Marketing Department. Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring overall supply chain strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Handling of new customer/existing customer sales enquiries
  • Responsible on sales order capturing, order quotation and order fulfillment
  • Responsible on sales order demand planning and forecasting
  • Work with Operation Service Manager and buyers to source the right products and/or raw material
  • Overseeing product inventory, order processing and delivery planning
  • Compile customers forecast to fulfill customers' orders
  • To conduct monthly S&OP meeting on capacity, performance analysis and provide forecast and schedules to production that are aligned with customer requirements
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Overseeing/preparation of quotations / local & export sales reports / sales commission
  • Creation of Bill of Materials (BOM) list\
  • Preparation of costing sheet
  • Prepare internal and respective customer price list, product and pricelist update on in-house system
  • Overseeing export documentation
  • Review key customers shipment lead-time and schedule when necessary
  • Collaborate with Operations, Production and Customer Service teams on manufacturing process
  • Collaborate with Production and Quality Control on handling of customer's complaint
  • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy, ensuring targets are met
  • Determine key supply chain KPIs
  • Improve the overall supply chain performance and suggest solution for process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost reduction
  • Identify process and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Generate reports for statistics and Management Review
  • Risk analysis on identification of potential risks in supply chain and to develop contingency plans to resolve issue with shippers
  • Supervising, training and evaluate employees
  • Participate in budgeting if necessary
  • Participate in yearly internal and external audit
  • Participate in Market Development
  • Customer Visit if necessary
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Certificate in Business Studies/Supply Chain Management
  • At least 2 years of working experience as Supply Chain Executive/relevant experience
  • Hands on experience with supply chain management
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel with Pivot Table & VLoopup)
  • Willing to travel
  • Customer visit if necessary
