Get to Know the Role

We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and maintaining critical data that supports demand forecasts, supply commitments, order management, and delivery performance. You will collaborate closely with Supply Chain professionals—including Supply Planners, Demand Planners, and Master Data Management (MDM) engineers—to ensure data accuracy, streamline reporting, and enable efficient decision-making. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to core supply chain processes in a dynamic global environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support system transactions related to order receiving, supply commitments, and delivery confirmation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases covering demand forecasts, supply commits, and order status.
  • Generate and distribute regular supply chain reports (e.g., order status, delivery progress, and KPIs).
  • Ensure data integrity and highlight variances or issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials and data packs for S&OP meetings.
  • Coordinate with planners to consolidate inputs and ensure timely availability of information.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative or data-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Skills and Competencies Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration/ Logistics or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 1 year in relevant working experience (Supply Chain or Administration) is preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, D365).
  • Knowledge of Power BI or/and Anaplan will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work across teams.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn about supply chain operations.
