About the role

As a Supply Chain Specialist (Order Fulfillment) at Advanced Micro Devices (S) Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the company's production, planning, and scheduling operations. What you'll be doing

  • Manage the order-to-delivery process, from order processing to shipment coordination

  • Identify and implement strategies to improve inventory management and reduce lead times
  • Analyse supply and demand patterns to forecast future requirements and proactively address potential issues
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to address inquiries and resolve any fulfillment-related concerns

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain or order fulfillment role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and logistics best practices
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to managing changing priorities and addressing time-sensitive issues
