About the Role

Join Corporate Communications team and be part of the driving force that brings our research stories to life. You'll help us engage stakeholders, inspire loyalty, and showcase our innovations through impactful events and compelling media content. This role blends event management with hands-on audio-visual and media production, offering you the chance to see your work directly influence how it connects with the public, industry, and the scientific community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for AV setup, operation, and maintenance at in-house and off-site events, including video conferencing, live streaming, and studio recordings.
  • Collaborate with event managers to recommend and implement AV solutions that enhance audience experience.
  • Operate AV equipment such as microphones, speakers, projectors, video walls, cameras, and video conferencing tools in various settings.
  • Produce engaging video content — from storyboarding and recording to editing and post-production — for events and communications.
  • Support event planning, logistics, coordination, and onsite execution.
  • Maintain technical documentation, event briefs, and post-event reports.
  • Handle other AV, event, or media-related tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Knowledge in Events Management, AV Technology, Media Production, or related field.
  • Strong interest in events, AV technologies, and media creation (video/podcasts).
  • Basic familiarity with video or audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audacity) is a plus.
  • Experience in AV/event/media support experience (portfolio preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
