Roles & Responsibilities

**Your day to day**
- Coordinate the day to day operations of the Banquet floor to obtain maximum profit and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Set-up and removal of AV equipment for clients accordingly to Banquet event order.
- Assist guest to set-up the AV equipment and/or system when required.
- Assist in setting up of the scheduled events, such as equipment loading, stage, lighting and sound set-up.
- Ensure function/event organizer's request are managed according to brand standards.
- Ensure AV system are in good working condition prior to events.
- Follow up AV problems which may arise from event order and room allocations and rectify as soon as possible.
- Ensure all equipment requests are fulfilled.
- Other job related duties as assigned.
**What we need from you**
- Nitec in Hospitality Operations and/or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage or related field, with 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflect highly on the hotel and the brand.
