职位描述
· 维护客户关系,定期拜访并提供个性化服务,确保客户满意度。
· 处理销售订单及回款,推动业务发展,实现销售目标。
· 通过电话和邮件与客户沟通,进行线上产品演示,维护长期合作关系。
· 执行主管交办的其他任务。
主要职责
客户关系维护:管理并优化现有客户关系,及时解决问题,确保销售及服务质量。
客户拜访:根据公司提供的客户名单,定期进行面对面交流,提供专业咨询与服务。
订单与回款管理:负责销售订单处理及回款追踪,确保业务流程顺畅。
销售拓展:利用电话、邮件等方式与客户沟通,主持线上产品演示,完成销售目标。
其他任务:执行主管指派的相关工作。
我们希望您具备以下条件
经验:1-2 年外部销售、客户服务或电话销售经验者优先,优秀应届生亦可。
技能:熟练操作计算机,具备优秀的沟通与说服能力,能够分辨颜色。
态度:积极主动,团队协作能力强,以客户为中心,结果导向。
其他:持有有效驾照,并拥有私家车。

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Executive responsible for maintaining client relationships, conducting regular customer visits, providing personalized services, managing sales orders and payments, and driving business growth through phone and email communications. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain existing customer relationships, address client concerns, and ensure overall sales quality and service satisfaction.
- Customer Visits: Conduct regular visits based on the company-provided client list, offering face-to-face interactions and tailored services.
- Administrative Tasks: Report client updates to the supervisor regularly, process sales orders, and manage payment collections.
- Communication & Sales Growth: Engage with customers via phone and email, host online product demonstrations, maintain customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Other Tasks: Complete additional assignments as delegated by the supervisor.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in field sales, customer service, or telesales is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Skills: Proficiency in computer operations, excellent communication and persuasion skills, and the ability to distinguish colors.
- Attitude: Proactive, highly cooperative, customer-focused, and results-driven.
- Other Requirements: Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
