We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to manage logistics operations independently. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who thrives in a self-managed environment and can take full ownership of logistics tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor transportation and delivery of materials for timeliness and compliance
  • Handle loading/unloading, sorting, stocking, and packaging of goods
  • Review and reconcile shipping documents and prepare paperwork (e.g., invoices, packing lists)
  • Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and editing logistics documents
  • Maintain electronic filing systems for swift document retrieval
  • Execute inventory control procedures and support audit readiness
  • Refurnish retrieved goods and dispose of damaged items appropriately
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and ensure smooth documentation flow
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • Minimum ITE / GCE 'N' Level qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics operations
  • Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks without supervision
  • Capable of lifting heavy items
  • Basic IT and networking knowledge is a plus
