Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of a reputable A1 Main Contractor with a strong track record in public housing developments. We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Resident Surveyor to oversee site survey activities for an ongoing HDB project. You will be stationed on-site and work closely with the construction and quality teams to ensure all layout works are executed with precision.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate site surveying activities
  • Set out survey points and levels as per construction drawings
  • Plan and execute daily survey routines with high accuracy
  • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment (Total Station, leveling instrument, etc.)
  • Assist in the preparation of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and setting-out tasks
  • Capture and verify survey readings efficiently and accurately
  • Liaise with clients and attend site meetings on surveying matters
  • Perform site inspections as part of ongoing project quality control

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Land or Resident Surveyor
  • Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Prior hands-on experience in HDB construction projects is required
  • Must be a registered member of SISV (Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers)
