About the role

As a Quantity Surveyor with DATUMSTRUCT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.', you will play a vital role in the company's operations within the Changi East Region. This full-time position requires extensive expertise in construction cost management and a deep understanding of the Trades & Services industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing detailed cost estimates, valuations and final accounts for projects
  2. Analysing and interpreting interior detailed drawings and specifications
  3. Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts
  4. Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure they remain within budget
  5. Providing expert advice and support to project managers and other stakeholders
  6. Identifying and mitigating potential cost-related risks
  7. Interact closely with suppliers and Engineer to resolve quality issues

What we're looking for

  1. Mature with initiative and able to work independently
  2. Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in a similar role
  3. Able to understand & read construction / interior detailed drawings.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft words & excel
  7. Singaporean, Permeant Resident and EP holder only
