Job Description

- Position Title: Regional Sales Manager
- Working Location: Ubi Road
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00PM)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Commission + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team of sales promoters
- Develop and implement sales strategies with the marketing team
- Participate in monthly sales and order planning meetings
- Support brand and product promotion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and trade partners
- Set, manage, and monitor sales targets for dealers and trade partners
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals set by the company

- Diploma or Degree in business management or related field
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in B2B and B2C, preferably in the home appliances industry
- Proven sales track record
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Valid Class 3 Driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Willing to travel overseas (Multiple times a year)
