Location: Serangoon North
Working Hours: Mon–Thur: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: $3,500–$3,800/month + performance bonus
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding:
- Support the onboarding process by creating employee profiles in SuccessFactors and generating new hire letters to ensure a smooth experience for new employees.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Manage various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including issuing lifecycle letters and updating personal and dependent details in the HR system.
- Prepare certificates of employment for banks, visa applications, and permanent residency (PR) applications.
Work Pass Administration:
- Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Offboarding:
- Assist in preparing offboarding letters and processing work pass cancellations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of local employment regulations.
- Experience in a fast-paced HR shared services environment.
- Highly self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
