About the role

Are you an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager seeking a new challenge? In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies to expand our brand presence and grow our customer base in the Upper Paya Lebar North-East Region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  2. Identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities to drive revenue growth
  3. Managing and motivating a team of sales and marketing professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
  4. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and partners
  5. Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
  7. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of sales and marketing activities
  8. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our sales and marketing efforts

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and marketing management role, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  5. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Proficient in the use of sales and marketing technologies, such as CRM systems and data analytics tools
  7. Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field
