About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our client base and drive revenue through direct sales, corporate accounts, and cold calling. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.

Job Description

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate client accounts.
  • Conduct direct sales activities, including cold calls, client meetings, and presentations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads to grow revenue.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve client issues.
  • Prepare and deliver sales strategies, proposals, and reports.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Source and manage venues for sales deployments, activities, and events.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address issues proactively to enhance retention.

Requirements

  • O Levels / ITE / Diploma with at least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, corporate sales, or cold calling preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and target driven.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work weekends when required.
  • Knowledge in IT or Telecom sales is an added advantage.
