About the Role

We are seeking a skilled
Data Analyst / Data Scientist
to join our growing team. This remote position will involve analyzing complex data sets, building predictive models, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. As a data-driven professional, you will work closely with various teams to drive strategic initiatives through data analytics and help the company leverage data for growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Data Collection & Cleaning
    : Gather, clean, and structure large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation
    : Analyze data trends, patterns, and correlations to extract actionable insights.
  • Predictive Modeling
    : Build and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast trends and optimize decision-making processes.
  • Data Visualization
    : Create clear and compelling data visualizations (e.g., dashboards, reports) to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration
    : Work with business teams to define data-driven goals, contribute to strategic initiatives, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Reporting
    : Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze the effectiveness of different business strategies.
  • Data-Driven Recommendations
    : Use statistical analysis and data insights to suggest improvements in business processes, marketing, and operations.
  • Tools & Technologies
    : Work with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and programming languages (Python, R).

Requirements
:

  • Experience
    : 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a similar analytical role. Experience in predictive modeling and machine learning is a plus.
  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Skills
    :
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages like
    Python

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like

  • Proficient in SQL and handling large data sets.
