Job Responsibilities

1. Data Management and Analysis: Collect, sanitize, monitor, and analyze data from bus and rail AFC devices, identifying trends and detecting anomalies.

  1. Data Interpretation and Reporting: Apply statistical techniques to analyze data, provide ongoing reports, and visualize insights to inform business decisions.

  2. Complex Data Analysis: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets to inform predictive maintenance and system optimization.

  3. Data Visualization and Communication: Present findings in a clear and concise manner, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

  4. Collaboration and Prioritization: Work with management to prioritize business needs, develop strategies for process improvement, and identify opportunities for optimization.

  5. Process Improvement: Continuously seek out new opportunities for process improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

Technical Requirements:

  1. Data Modeling and Analysis: Expertise in data models, data mining, clustering, and segmentation techniques.

  2. Technical Skills:

  3. Proficiency in reporting packages (e.g., Cognos) and databases (e.g., SQL).
  4. Programming skills in Python and experience with ETL frameworks.
  5. Familiarity with Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Python Dash, StreamLit).
  6. Good understanding of cloud concepts and cloud deployments
  7. Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. power automate, N8N etc.)

  8. Frontend Development: Creating the client-side of applications, focusing on layout, design, and user experience.

  9. Data Visualization: Expertise in creating dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI, with hands-on experience in Tableau Server (publishing workbooks, administration settings).

  10. Additional Skills:

  11. Knowledge of Java is a plus
  12. Concepts and appliation of LLM & GenAI

Experience and Education:

  1. Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Full Stack Developer, Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst. Fresh graduates with relevant expertise and interest will also be considered.

  2. Education: Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
