We are seeking a driven and analytical individual to join our Strategic Planning, Analytics & Customer Experience Division as a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Analytics & Research). In this role, you will play a key part in managing our Data Warehouse, developing dashboards, conducting research, and providing actionable insights that guide business strategy and improve customer experience. You will also contribute to enhancing data literacy across the organisation through training and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the IT team and internal stakeholders to develop, maintain, and refine dashboards that support decision-making.
- Manage and enhance the Data Warehouse, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility of reports and dashboards.
- Analyse data from surveys, customer feedback, and other sources to identify trends, track performance, and generate insights for business strategy.
- Plan and manage internal and outsourced research projects, including methodology design, questionnaire development, data processing, and reporting, to deliver actionable insights on customer experience and market trends.
- Conduct training for staff and vendors on data analytics and research tools, promoting data literacy across the organisation.
- Provide support for meetings, presentations, and conferences as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Social Sciences, Marketing Research, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or market research (candidates with more experience may be considered for Assistant Manager).
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) and strong knowledge of Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in survey design, research methodologies, and statistical analysis will be an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders.
- A self-starter who is detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
