  • Basic Salary: Up to $3600 + AWS + Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff supervision.
  • Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and proper recordkeeping.
  • Enforce safety, cleanliness, and compliance with quality policies.
  • Train, evaluate, and motivate warehouse staff.
  • Optimize layout and workflows for operational efficiency.
  • Control costs while meeting customer service expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor KPIs and report on performance.
  • Maintain staff discipline and manage deployment plans.
  • Distribute and control overtime within company policy.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with warehouse software and Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Forklift/Heavy Forklift license is an advantage,
  • Experience managing a team
