Job Description:

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth coordination of inbound and outbound movements.
  • Lead and guide a team of warehouse assistants, drivers, and admin staff to achieve operational targets.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper handling, storage, and replenishment of goods.
  • Support omni-channel fulfilment, including retail and e-commerce order processing.
  • Monitor warehouse workflow and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist in hands-on warehouse tasks when required, including picking, packing, and stock checks.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and proper upkeep of warehouse facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve stock discrepancies.

Job requirement:

  • Prior experience in in-house brand companies.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience overseeing a multi-role team.
