We are supporting a fast-growing lifestyle F&B group in hiring a Creative Manager to lead and elevate the visual identity of multiple exciting brands. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all in-house design output, working closely with Marketing and Operations to drive commercial impact through creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute creative strategies for brand campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Design and deliver high-quality visual assets across digital and print, including social media content, menus, posters, packaging, signage, and event materials.
- Build and maintain brand identities, ensuring visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead, guide, and mentor junior designers and freelance creatives to uphold design standards and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, operations, and culinary—and coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of creative assets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and design best practices within the F&B and hospitality landscape to keep the brand forward-thinking and relevant.
- Manage end-to-end creative project timelines, ensuring smooth workflow from concept through final execution.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant hands on graphic design experience in a creative or design-led role, supported by a strong portfolio that highlights both conceptual thinking and executional craft.
- F&B, hospitality, luxury retail, or creative agencies highly preferred, with an understanding of brand storytelling and guest-facing design.
- Prior experience leading junior designers or interns
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong conceptual ability with exceptional attention to detail in layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Able to think strategically while remaining hands-on in day-to-day design execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Possesses a vibrant, creative mindset with a genuine passion for food, design, and brand storytelling.
