We are seeking a creative and versatile
Creative Content Designer
who can bridge the worlds of design and content. This hybrid role combines strong visual design skills with the ability to craft, edit, and optimise short-form content. You will play a key role in developing marketing collaterals, digital assets, and engaging multimedia content that strengthens our brand presence across NTUC Club properties.

Primary duties will include:

Design & Creative

  • Conceptualise, design, and produce marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures, posters, banners, digital ads, social media graphics, presentations).

  • Create and adapt visual assets for web, social media, email, and offline campaigns.

  • Repurpose content into digital formats like GIFs or simple animations.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs in line with NTUC Club's brand guide.

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to visualise campaign ideas and storytelling.

  • Support creative servicing and asset management for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Stay up to date with trends in design, video, and social media.

Content & Editing

  • Edit and refine short-form content for social media, EDMs, and marketing campaigns.

  • Adapt content tone and format for different channels and audience segments.

  • Draft captions, headlines, and copy that align with campaign objectives.

  • Repurpose content into engaging formats (e.g., infographics, reels, carousels).

  • Contribute to content curation and ideation discussions across business units.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables within deadlines.

  • Work closely with marketing leads, designers, and external vendors.

  • Participate in weekly sync-ups and campaign planning meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in content design, graphic design, or hybrid creative/marketing roles.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent design tools.

  • Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut) for short-form content editing.

  • Strong command of written English with an eye for detail and editing.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.

  • A creative mindset with a passion for both visuals and words.
