As our Marketing Designer and Content Creator, you'll combine your creativity and expertise to craft compelling visuals and engaging content that resonates with budding gardeners, proud homeowners, and plant enthusiasts alike.

At World Farm, we are more than a garden centre. We are a one-stop destination for all things plants and gardening, committed to promoting sustainability and green living, one plant at a time. As we expand further into the retail space, we aim to make gardening accessible and exciting for everyone, from beginners to seasoned plant parents.

Your Responsibilities

• Creative Design: Craft visually stunning designs for digital and print, including posters, banners, flyers, brochures, vouchers, gift cards, and POS displays.

• Content Creation: Develop engaging multimedia content, including photos, videos, animations, and social media posts tailored to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.

• Brand Storytelling: Collaborate with the team to conceptualise and execute campaigns that connect with our target audience.

• Photography & Videography: Capture product photos, videos, and lifestyle content that showcases the beauty of plants, gardening products and garden spaces.

• Trendspotting: Stay updated on social media and marketing trends to ensure we're always ahead of the curve.

• Campaign Coordination: Work closely with the team to align visuals with overarching marketing objectives.

• Asset Management: Organise and maintain a library of design assets for efficient and effective project execution.

• Visual Merchandising: Plan and design for ongoing store displays and seasonal promotions, including spatial design and product placements

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields (or equivalent experience).

• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, content creation, or digital marketing.

• Technical Skills:

 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

 Proficiency in videography and photography skills.

 Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut) are a bonus.

• Creative Edge: Strong eye for typography, layout, and aesthetics, with knowledge of colour theory and current design trends.

• Social Media Savviness: Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, XHS, and other platforms, plus knowledge of content strategies.

• Soft Skills: Team player with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of prioritising tasks and taking ownership of projects.

• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.

• Passion for Green Living: An interest in gardening, sustainability, or green spaces is a big plus
