Job Summary:
The role of Creative Manager responsible to shape and execute company brand's visual identity across campaigns, product launches, and in-store experiences. You will design high-quality assets, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on design skills, has a strong portfolio, and a passion for food, design, and storytelling.
Job Descriptions :
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to create and execute innovative strategies for brand campaigns, product launches, and in-store experiences.
- Produce and design high-quality visual materials, including digital ads, social media content, menus, posters, signage, packaging, and event collateral.
- Build and maintain cohesive brand identities across all creative touchpoints.
- Guide and mentor junior designers or freelance creatives as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, culinary) and external vendors to ensure creative outputs align with business goals and deadlines.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in F&B and hospitality marketing.
- Manage creative project timelines, ensuring smooth progress from concept through execution.
Job Requirements :
- At least 6 years of experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative thinking.
- Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality sector is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong conceptual abilities with meticulous attention to detail, color, typography, and layout.
- Capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Energetic and passionate about food, design, and storytelling, with a strong work ethic.
