Job Description


• Assist in editorial checks of textbooks, videos, and other learning materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.


• Support design development such as layout suggestions, visual enhancements, and formatting for digital and print materials.


• Contribute to the planning and execution of social media campaigns to promote the new learning series.


• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external publishers to monitor the project progress to ensure the timely delivery of content.


• Handle content management and maintain version control across different stages of production.


• Provide general project management support, including scheduling, meeting notes, and follow-ups.

Requirements

·       Students or graduates in Journalism, Education, Media/Communications, Design, Marketing, or related fields preferred. Students or graduates in other disciplines with a keen interest in this area are also welcome.

·       Strong command of written and spoken English and attention to detail in editorial work.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Word

·       Basic design skills (e.g. ,Canva, Adobe tools, PowerPoint) are a plus.

·       Familiar with social media platforms and campaign planning.

·       Proactive, organised, resourceful and able to work independently.

·       Keen interest in education and learning innovation.

·       On-the-job training will be provided
