Responsibilities:

1. Frontier Research in Blockchain & AI

Assist the team in researching advanced blockchain topics such as:

Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP)

Layer-2 scaling (Rollups, Validiums, Optimistic systems)

Decentralized identity (DID) and verifiable credentials

AI-driven blockchain analytics

AI agents interacting with on-chain environments

Next-gen consensus and security models

Review academic papers, technical whitepapers, GitHub repositories, and emerging standards.

2. Research Summaries & Technical Insights

Translate complex technical papers into internal insights.

Build clear research briefs, comparison matrices, and conceptual diagrams.

Benchmark emerging blockchain-AI models and frameworks.

3. Support Experimental Prototyping

Assist in setting up test environments, nodes, or experimental scripts.

Help run simulations or test AI models interacting with blockchain components.

Document experiment results and identify potential applications.

4. Competitor & Industry Intelligence

Track frontier developments from leading global labs (e.g., Ethereum Foundation, StarkWare, Celestia, EigenLayer, OpenAI research, etc.).

Provide weekly or monthly reports on emerging trends.

5. Internal Collaboration

Contribute ideas during R&D brainstorming sessions.

Support preparation of slides, diagrams, and technical presentations for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

·       Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, AI, or related areas.

·       Strong curiosity in blockchain, cryptography, and artificial intelligence.

·       Ability to read technical papers and summarise complex information clearly.

·       Basic familiarity with programming (Python, JavaScript, or similar).

·       Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail.

·       Good written communication for internal documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with blockchain development tools (e.g., Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle).

·       Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

·       Understanding of cryptography, distributed systems, or L2 design.

·       Prior project work or personal research in blockchain, AI, or cybersecurity.
