About the Role

Join the advanced technology R&D team to develop next-generation RFSOI and RFSOI-3DIC platforms, enabling high-performance RF solutions for emerging 5G, IoT, and communication devices. The role focuses on process integration, device development, and platform qualification to support customer product innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead RFSOI and RFSOI-3DIC platform development, including new module and RF device innovations.
  • Drive new process verification, qualification, and DSM platform setup to ensure manufacturing readiness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define process integration flow and device performance optimization.
  • Engage customers in new product verification and provide technical support during co-development stages.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance yield, reliability, and process robustness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Physics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor process integration or device engineering (RFSOI experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics, RF device characterization, and integration flow.
  • Experience in RFSOI or 3DIC process development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of module development, process tools, and DOE/FMEA methodologies is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-driven attitude, and a passion for continuous learning.
