Our established healthcare client is seeking to hire an Associate Executive, AR to join their organization

  • 5 days office hours
  • Supportive and collaborative work culture
  • Annual AWS + PB

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer account records in the system
  • Process non-patient invoices and record miscellaneous payments
  • Perform reconciliation of credit card collections and ensure alignment between accounts receivable and general ledger
  • Prepare and distribute customer account statements
  • Calculate professional fees for inpatient billing
  • Verify and process Medisave transactions, including submission and responding to related queries
  • Respond to enquiries from clinics, pharmacies, and patients
  • Assist in system integration activities and prepare journal entries and audit-related schedules

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
  • Prior internship or relevant experience is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Comfortable managing phone queries and performing well in a fast-paced environment
