Job Responsibilities

  • To assist New Markets Development department for all events and trainings, supporting regions which includes but not limiting to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, and Japan.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their events, incentive trips and training objectives, budget, and requirements.
  • Plan and execute physical and virtual events and trainings that range from weekly gatherings to large-scale productions.
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and creative ideas that align with expectations.
  • Plan and manage event logistics, including venue selection, contract negotiation, and vendor coordination.
  • Create detailed event timelines, budget, and schedules.
  • Coordinate and supervise event setup including décor, equipment and signages.
  • Manage event registration, ticketing, and attendee communication.
  • Oversee the coordination of catering, entertainment, audio-visual and other event services.
  • Conduct pre-event meetings. Post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from stakeholders and attendees.

Requirements

  • Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience as an Event Lead or similar role with strong portfolio of successful events.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, vendors and team members.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to overcome challenges.
