Overview:

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our team and help us deliver and set up exhibition booths for our clients. Most of our booths are small, portable systems that are easily set-up without any tools or particular skills required.

This is a part-time role, working 2 fixed days each week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), with occasional weekends during busy exhibition periods which would be paid overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup and dismantling of exhibition booths, displays, and related equipment
  • Handle modular systems, lightboxes, counters, and tension-fabric backdrops (training provided)
  • Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient installation
  • Maintain a clean and professional workspace during setup and dismantle

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with hands-on installation work
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions carefully
  • Prior experience in events, exhibitions, or installation is an advantage (but not essential — training provided)

Details:

  • Location: Singapore (event venues and client sites)
  • Schedule: 2 days per week, with extra days during peak event periods
  • Compensation: $150 per day; overtime at weekends paid at $75 per 4hr 1/2 day, $150 for full day
