**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.

Conceptualize, sketch, and develop creative booth designs that align with the client's vision and objectives.

Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed floor plans, layouts, and technical drawings for booth structures and installations etc.

Utilize Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design, branding, and visual presentation of booth designs.

Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts and proposals.

Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the booth design.

Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and vendors to procure materials and execute booth construction/installation within specified timelines and budget constraints.

Conduct onsite visits and inspections to ensure booth designs are implemented according to specifications and quality standards.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and innovative design techniques to continuously improve design capabilities and offerings.

Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1-2X years) in exhibition booth design, preferred.
- Diploma in Spatial, Retail Design, Interior Design, Exhibition and Event Design, or related field.

Excellent understanding of design principles, spatial awareness and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in 3-D software, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AutoCAD for graphic design and visual presentation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of booth designs, including floor plans, 3D renderings and completed installations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills ( Verbal & Written ) to effectively communicate and present ideas, concepts, and requirements with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials is a plus.
