About the role

This is a full-time Account Manager role at Sunningdale Tech Ltd, based in the Central Region. You will be responsible for driving business growth and managing key accounts in the manufacturing sector. This role is part of the FY26 BCP Initiative, focusing on our Precision Technology Solutions (PTS) division.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned accounts
  2. Manage and develop relationships with key decision-makers at existing client accounts
  3. Understand client needs and objectives, and propose solutions to meet their requirements
  4. Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements with clients
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of products and services
  6. Monitor account performance and identify areas for growth or improvement
  7. Provide regular updates and reports to management on account activities and pipeline

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in an account management or sales role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
  2. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts
  3. Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to influence decision-makers
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Proficient in using CRM and other sales management tools
  6. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
