About the role

WGT EHR Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to lead the company's FY26 Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Initiative. This full-time role will be based in the Central Region and will play a critical strategic role in ensuring the organisation's compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive BCP framework to enhance the company's resilience and preparedness for potential disruptions
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities across the organisation
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement mitigation strategies and recovery plans
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry guidelines pertaining to business continuity
  5. Provide expert guidance and training to employees on BCP protocols and emergency response procedures
  6. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the BCP program, making continuous improvements as needed
  7. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, best practices and regulatory changes in the compliance and risk management space

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 10 years' experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably within the banking and financial services industry
  2. In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements and industry standards related to business continuity planning
  3. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful BCP initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment
  4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing business priorities
  7. Relevant certifications in compliance, risk management or business continuity planning would be highly advantageous
