Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with leadership to ensure internal communications strategies align with business goals and maintain a consistent tone and style.
  • Communicate business objectives, strategic priorities, and key initiatives effectively and in a timely manner to employees.
  • Develop and execute tailored communication plans across topics such as leadership messaging, business updates, employee engagement, and organizational developments.
  • Innovate message delivery through diverse formats, channels, and experiences to enhance employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and storyboard compelling content (e.g., articles, videos, banners, eDMs, infographics).
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant communications.
  • Curate and execute employee engagement activities such as volunteering opportunities, appreciation events, and initiatives focused on sustainability, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Maintain event-related materials and resources on the Intranet.
  • Prepare monthly people analytics reports for leadership reviews.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or in related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar internal communications or employee engagement role.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing corporate events (e.g., town halls, offsites, skip-level meetings).
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
  • Proactive, quick learner, and comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
