Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels
  • Manage, audit and maintain owned media including creating relevant and engaging digital contents
  • Launch and optimise digital advertising, email and mobile marketing campaigns
  • Grow social media presence and ensure best practices are in place
  • Track and report performance metrics of digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights to optimise spend and performance
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, identify critical conversion and drop-off points

Qualifications and skills:

  • Diploma or degree, preferably in marketing or communications
  • At least 2 years' experience in marketing communications or digital marketing, preferably with proven track record in integrated campaign management
  • Functional knowledge in key aspects of digital marketing including but not limited to SEO, digital advertising, social media management, email and mobile marketing, marketing and web analytics, content management systems, video and image editing apps, MarTech
  • Collaborative attitude with strong interpersonal skills to manage different stakeholders and partners
  • Exceptional organisational and executional skills to juggle multiple projects, campaigns and events concurrently
  • Data-oriented and self-motivated with incredible attention to details and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment
