We are hiring for two key positions within our growing automotive finance team:

  1. Relationship Manager
  2. Loan Processing & Disbursement Officer

Position 1: Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers, brokers, and automotive partners.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic partnerships and market research.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in automotive finance or a related industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Position 2: Loan Processing & Disbursement Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end loan processing and disbursement.
  • Greet and assist customers and business partners with professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in loan application handling and submission, preferably in the motor trade industry.
  • Prior experience in office administration or similar roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional admin/finance certification is a plus).

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
