Job Description

  • Promote and sell the company's full range of shipping and logistics services to new customers (BCO / Direct Shippers).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct regular outdoor sales visits and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies.
  • Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, business development, or a similar role in the shipping industry ( with liners or Forwarders ).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude, energetic, and a good team player.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Must possess a valid driving license (own vehicle preferred).
  • Singaporean / Singapore Permanent Resident only.
