The Opportunity: Own the SEA Growth Story
You will be the architect of this prominent and highly visible pharma portfolio, regional success, transforming strategy into aggressive market reality. This is a chance to step into a newly created Senior role and develop entire SEA commercial footprint through strategic partners and distribution channels.

  • Define, develop, and own the regional capabilities that will unlock exceptional growth.
  • Lead and guide local partner teams, through driving accountability and incentivizing high performance.
  • Leverage your expertise in Market Access and deep commercial insights to craft winning strategic plans.

We're Looking For a Sales and Marketing expert Who Has:

  • 7+ years of exceptional experience in Specialty Pharma Sales & Marketing.
  • A proven track record of consistent in-market growth and over-achieving financial budgets
  • Expertise in building strong business partnerships and navigating complex local government and regulatory landscapes.
  • A demonstrated history of Overseas Mobility as part of your leadership development.
  • The ability to take commercial strategies and turn them into partner-driven success stories across a diverse region.
