The Opportunity:
  • Adecco is partnering with a public sector agency to search for an IT Technical Support.
  • Role will start off as a 24 months contract assignment.
The Job:
Technical Support & Helpdesk
  • Serve as the first point of contact for users, providing basic troubleshooting and technical support across systems and applications
  • Monitor and respond to user issues via the ticketing system
  • Conduct routine system checks and support health monitoring
  • Document common issues and update the technical knowledge base
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant technical teams
Administrative & Financial Coordination
  • Assist in procurement processes and maintain vendor communication
  • Track project milestones and assist in preparing payment-related documents
  • Support budget tracking and generate periodic financial reports
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for audit and compliance
The Talent:
  • Possesses Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong IT troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and basic networking knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with added value from data analytics exposure
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation, organization, and project tracking skills
  • Basic financial literacy, including understanding of budgeting and accounting concepts
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative team skills in dynamic environments
