Job Summary:

  • 5 days' work week

  • Location: Changi

  • Working hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned outsourcing project, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across the deployment.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and company, ensuring timely communication and resolution of operational matters.
  • Coordinate closely with the client's HR and Admin teams on Prosoft-related tasks, including clock-in/clock-out tracking, attendance issues, and system queries.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new joiners: create profiles, collect and verify documentation, and conduct orientation briefings on workplace expectations, rules, and dos and don'ts.
  • Conduct daily walkabouts to ensure all company outsourced employees are at their designated workstations and are wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition, Operations Teams, and outsourced staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

Job Requirement

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience

  • Team player
