Our client is an Asset-Based energy trading firm with presence spanning across Southeast Asia, Middle East, and beyond, currently seeks a Front Office & Administrative Executive to join their team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the incumbent will be working in a team of 2 staffs. He / She will be responsible for general office administration, and receptionist duties. The main duties will include assisting with business travel arrangements, visa applications, submit expense report, arrange courier services, attend to calls, manage office supplies, coordination of internal & external events, and vendor management.
Additionally, he / she will need to provide personal assistant support to the CEO as and when required.
Successful applicants can look forward to a dynamic role with global exposure, professional growth, and hands-on experience across the energy supply chain.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Min 2 years' experience in front office or administrative support
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking clients
