Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing T&C activities for data center infrastructure including HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, BMS, and security systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure proper installation and readiness for commissioning.
  • Review and validate commissioning documentation including method statements, test scripts, and reports.
  • Monitor progress and ensure all systems are tested according to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Support integrated systems testing (IST) and final acceptance procedures.
  • Identify and troubleshoot system issues during commissioning and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of test results, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout the commissioning process.

Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in testing and commissioning, preferably in data center or mission-critical environments.
  • Familiarity with commissioning standards and procedures (ASHRAE, ISO, etc.).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and commissioning management tools.
