Beauty Sales Ambassador

Job Responsibilities:

• Hit monthly sales targets by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Deliver personalized skincare consultations and exceptional service.
• Introduce new products and educate customers on their benefits and usage.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and handle enquiries, complaints, and returns.
• Build loyalty through follow‑ups and consistent customer engagement.
• Ensure store appearance, hygiene, and displays align with brand standards.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and product launches.
• Collaborate with team, support KPIs, and maintain grooming & SOP compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification.
• At least 2-3 years of retail sales experience (experience in beauty or skincare is an advantage).
• Strong passion for beauty products and skincare solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
