As the first point-of-contact in store, individuals on this role serves as the ambassador of the fashion Brand.

We are keen for you to assist in our MAKE in shop initiative hence training training will be provided. This is great for those who have some hidden talent and passion to be hands-on in making Look in our other posting for what a MAKE Workshop instructor does

**As a Sales Associate, we will rely on you for**:

- Introducing the brand’s ready to wear collection to customer
- Assisting customers in store
- Achieve sales revenue (from offline and online stores).
- Contributes to the growth of the business by supporting plans relating to driving seamless customer experience and care across channels.
- Handles order fulfilment process from physical and e-commerce store: product packaging, delivery, and operational excellence.
- Support marketing to deliver sales and promotion campaigns, and visual merchandising plans.
- Maintain an inviting store front to attract shoppers and turn them into buyers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
