Job Description
We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Customer Service Officer to welcome clients, manage appointments and inquiries, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor
Manage appointment bookings and scheduling using our system
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and courteously
Provide information about our services, promotions, and packages
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Process payments and manage billing accurately
Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure timely service delivery
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues efficiently
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; diploma in hospitality or related field is a plus
At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in the beauty, spa, or hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using computer systems and appointment software
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday and Public Holidays: Off
