Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Officer to join our team in the beauty industry. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and receive clients with a smile
- Handle phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean and organized environment
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
