Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Managing appointment bookings and scheduling using our system
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Providing information about our services and promotions
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Processing payments and managing billing accurately
  • Coordinating with therapists and staff to ensure timely service delivery
  • Handling customer feedback and resolving issues efficiently

Requirements:
  1. Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification
  2. At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in the beauty, spa, or hospitality industry
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and appointment software
  5. Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
  6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
