Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the overall operations of the local and overseas properties.
  • Support leasing activities, including marketing of vacancies, tenant selection, negotiations, renewals, and tenancy administration.
  • Plan and execute property enhancement, maintenance, and upgrading works to preserve and improve asset value.
  • Manage property management teams across different locations, ensuring consistency in standards and compliance with local regulations.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure efficient and compliant property operations.
  • Drive process improvements, cost efficiencies, and sustainability initiatives within the property portfolio.
  • Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to property maintenance and management.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate team performance and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Building / Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in property or asset management preferably with overseas experience.
  • Proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of industrial and/or warehouse preferably with overseas exposure.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage teams across different locations.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. (Daily work includes communicating with the headquarters and clients in China and writing reports in Chinese)
